1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website vedicmatch.in and all of its pages, tools, services, reports, blog articles, emails and any other content or features (collectively, the “Services”), operated by VedicMatch.in (“VedicMatch”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services. These Terms apply to every service we offer, including but not limited to: Kundli Milan / Gun Milan, Janam Kundli, Wedding Muhurat / Shaadi Dates, Ask a Question, Palm Reading, all free and paid reports (including PDF reports), all blog articles, learn pages, rashi and nakshatra pages, all emails we send, and any future services we may add.

2. Nature of Services — informational and entertainment only

All Services and content provided by VedicMatch are based on Vedic astrology, numerology, palmistry and related traditional belief systems and are provided strictly for informational, educational, cultural and entertainment purposes only. Astrology, palmistry and related practices are traditional belief systems and are not scientifically established. We make no representation or warranty that any prediction, score, match result, muhurat date, interpretation, remedy or other output is accurate, reliable, complete or will come true. Outputs are generated by automated software using astronomical data and classical astrological rules, and different practitioners, traditions or tools may produce different results. Nothing on this website constitutes a promise, guarantee, prediction of future events, or assurance of any outcome whatsoever, including (without limitation) outcomes relating to marriage, compatibility, relationships, children, health, longevity, life or death, wealth, career or any life event.

Remedies and suggestions. Any remedy, upay, gemstone, mantra, puja or ritual mentioned anywhere in the Services (including reports and blog articles) is a description of traditional belief and cultural practice only. It is not a treatment, cure or method of influence for any disease, medical condition, conception, pregnancy or any physical or mental state, and we make no claim of any such effect. Do not use any remedy in place of medical or other professional care.

3. No professional advice

The Services do not constitute, and must never be treated as a substitute for, professional advice of any kind, including (without limitation): medical or mental-health advice (for any health concern, consult a qualified doctor or mental-health professional); legal advice (consult a qualified advocate); financial or investment advice (consult a registered financial adviser); marital, matrimonial or relationship counselling (consult a qualified counsellor); or any other professional, scientific or expert advice. Never disregard, delay or avoid professional advice, medical treatment, legal action or any other necessary step because of anything you have read, seen or received on or from VedicMatch. If you or anyone else is in danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

4. Your decisions, your responsibility — assumption of risk

Any decision you take — including decisions about marriage, engagement, choosing or rejecting a partner, fixing or changing a wedding date, family matters, children, health, medical treatment, finances, travel, career or any other aspect of your life — is taken solely by you, at your own judgment and your own risk, whether or not it was influenced by any content, score, report, date, answer or suggestion from VedicMatch. By using the Services you expressly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Services, and you agree that VedicMatch has no responsibility or liability for any action you take or refrain from taking based on the Services, or for any action taken by any third party with whom you share any output of the Services. You acknowledge that astrological content describes traditional beliefs only and is not capable of causing, and shall not be treated as the cause of, any harm; any harm results solely from independent human decisions and intervening causes.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including (without limitation) warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VedicMatch, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Services or reliance on any content, including (without limitation): loss of life, personal injury, self-harm, emotional or mental distress, broken engagements or marriages, family or social disputes, loss of money, property, business, opportunity, reputation or data, or any other loss or damage whatsoever, even if we were advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to VedicMatch for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim; and for free services, our total liability shall be zero. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from VedicMatch shall create any warranty or liability not expressly stated in these Terms.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VedicMatch and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents and partners from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any decision or action taken by you or any other person based on the Services or any output you share with them.

7. Payments

• Certain Services (such as detailed reports, premium interpretations and Ask a Question) are paid digital services. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are displayed before you pay. Prices, discounts and promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• Payments are processed by independent third-party payment gateways (currently Razorpay). We never collect or store your card, UPI, net-banking or wallet details; these are handled entirely by the payment gateway under its own terms and security standards. We are not responsible for any failure, error, delay or security issue of the payment gateway or your bank.
• All payments are one-time payments. We do not run subscriptions or auto-debits.
• If money is deducted from your account but the payment shows as failed or pending, the amount is normally reversed automatically by the payment gateway or your bank within their standard timelines (typically 5–7 working days). We are not liable for delays in such reversals.
• A successful payment entitles you only to delivery of the purchased digital report or answer. It is not a guarantee of any particular content, score, result, outcome or accuracy.
• You agree to pay only through the official payment flow on this website. We never ask for payment via personal UPI, bank transfer, phone call or messaging apps; any such request is fraudulent and not from us.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a paid service that was actually delivered to you is a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest such disputes with delivery logs and to refuse future service.

8. Refund policy

Because paid Services are digital goods generated and delivered instantly or within the stated time, all sales are final and non-refundable once the report, answer or content has been generated or delivered, except where: (a) you were charged but the paid content was not delivered to you at all, and we are unable to deliver it within a reasonable time after you contact us; or (b) you were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment). In such cases, write to hello@vedicmatch.in within 7 days of payment with your order details (email used, service, payment reference). Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. Dissatisfaction with the astrological content, interpretation, score or outcome of a report is not a ground for refund, since the content is opinion-based by nature.

9. Accuracy of your inputs

All outputs depend entirely on the birth details, dates, times, places, images and other information you provide. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your inputs. We have no obligation to verify them, and we are not responsible for any output, result or consequence arising from incorrect, incomplete or approximate inputs (including approximate birth times). You must only submit details and images of yourself, or of persons whose consent you have obtained.

10. Blog, learn pages and all other content

All blog articles, learn pages, rashi/nakshatra pages, FAQs, examples, sample reports and any other written, visual or downloadable content on this website are general informational and opinion-based content rooted in traditional astrological literature. They are not advice, not predictions for any specific person, and not statements of scientific fact. This entire document, including the disclaimers and limitation of liability above, applies fully to all such content.

11. Eligibility

The Services are intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Services you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

12. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, reports, designs, logos, graphics, code and compilations — is owned by or licensed to VedicMatch and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use reports and content you purchase for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish, sell or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

13. Privacy and data

We collect the details you provide (such as names, birth details, email address and uploaded images) solely to generate your results and deliver the Services, including sending you your reports and related service emails. We do not sell your personal data. Payment information is handled entirely by the payment gateway. For any privacy-related request (including deletion of your data), contact hello@vedicmatch.in.

14. Third-party services and links

The Services may use or link to third-party services (such as payment gateways and analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, policies or actions of any third party. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

15. Availability, changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services, and may update these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect when posted on this page and apply prospectively only; for material changes we will post a notice on this page. Your continued use of the Services after posting constitutes acceptance. We may refuse or terminate access to the Services at our discretion, including for misuse or breach of these Terms.

16. Governing law, jurisdiction and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible.

17. Free questions, offers and misuse

Any free question, bonus answer, promotional credit or similar offer included with a paid Service is a courtesy for genuine customers and is not a purchased item. We may refuse, withdraw, limit or leave unanswered any such free entitlement, at our sole discretion, where we believe the offer is being misused. This includes (without limitation) repeat purchases made mainly to obtain free entitlements, use of multiple emails, identities or accounts by the same person, sharing or forwarding of claim links, automated or bulk submissions, and questions that are abusive, unlawful, off-topic or not about the person whose details are on the order. In such cases no refund is due, since the free entitlement carries no price, and we may also decline to provide further Services. This does not affect any paid report or answer already delivered to you.

2. सेवाओं की प्रकृति — केवल सूचना और मनोरंजन हेतु

VedicMatch की सभी सेवाएँ और कंटेंट वैदिक ज्योतिष, अंक ज्योतिष, हस्तरेखा और पारंपरिक मान्यताओं पर आधारित हैं और केवल सूचना, शिक्षा, सांस्कृतिक और मनोरंजन के उद्देश्य से दिए जाते हैं। ज्योतिष और हस्तरेखा पारंपरिक मान्यताएँ हैं, वैज्ञानिक रूप से प्रमाणित नहीं। हम कोई वादा या गारंटी नहीं देते कि कोई भविष्यवाणी, स्कोर, मिलान परिणाम, मुहूर्त तिथि, व्याख्या या उपाय सही, पूर्ण या सत्य सिद्ध होगा। परिणाम स्वचालित सॉफ़्टवेयर द्वारा बनाए जाते हैं और अलग-अलग पंडित, परंपरा या टूल अलग परिणाम दे सकते हैं। इस वेबसाइट पर कुछ भी — विवाह, अनुकूलता, संतान, स्वास्थ्य, आयु, जीवन-मृत्यु, धन, करियर या किसी भी जीवन-घटना के संबंध में — किसी परिणाम की गारंटी नहीं है।

4. आपके निर्णय, आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी

आपका हर निर्णय — विवाह, सगाई, जीवनसाथी चुनना या अस्वीकार करना, शादी की तारीख तय करना या बदलना, परिवार, संतान, स्वास्थ्य, इलाज, धन, यात्रा, करियर या जीवन का कोई भी पहलू — पूरी तरह आपका अपना निर्णय है और अपने जोखिम पर है, चाहे वह VedicMatch के किसी कंटेंट, स्कोर, रिपोर्ट, तिथि या उत्तर से प्रभावित हुआ हो या नहीं। सेवाओं का उपयोग करके आप स्वेच्छा से सभी जोखिम स्वीकार करते हैं और सहमत हैं कि आपके (या आपके द्वारा साझा परिणाम के आधार पर किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के) किसी भी कार्य के लिए VedicMatch की कोई ज़िम्मेदारी या देयता नहीं है।

5. वारंटी का अस्वीकरण और देयता की सीमा

सेवाएँ “जैसी हैं” (as is) आधार पर, बिना किसी प्रकार की वारंटी के दी जाती हैं। लागू कानून द्वारा अनुमत अधिकतम सीमा तक, VedicMatch, उसके मालिक, संचालक, कर्मचारी, ठेकेदार, एजेंट और साझेदार किसी भी प्रत्यक्ष, अप्रत्यक्ष, आकस्मिक, विशेष, परिणामी या दंडात्मक हानि के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे — जिसमें (बिना सीमा के) जीवन की हानि, शारीरिक चोट, आत्म-क्षति, मानसिक या भावनात्मक पीड़ा, टूटी सगाई या विवाह, पारिवारिक या सामाजिक विवाद, धन, संपत्ति, व्यवसाय, अवसर, प्रतिष्ठा या डेटा की हानि शामिल है। जहाँ कानून के अंतर्गत देयता पूरी तरह बाहर नहीं की जा सकती, वहाँ हमारी कुल देयता उस पेड सेवा के लिए आपके द्वारा वास्तव में भुगतान की गई राशि से अधिक नहीं होगी; मुफ़्त सेवाओं के लिए हमारी कुल देयता शून्य होगी।

6. क्षतिपूर्ति (Indemnity)

आप सहमत हैं कि (क) सेवाओं के आपके उपयोग या दुरुपयोग, (ख) इन शर्तों के उल्लंघन, (ग) किसी कानून या तीसरे पक्ष के अधिकारों के उल्लंघन, या (घ) सेवाओं के आधार पर आपके या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति के किसी निर्णय या कार्य से उत्पन्न किसी भी दावे, हानि, देयता, लागत और खर्च (उचित कानूनी फीस सहित) से आप VedicMatch और उसके मालिकों, संचालकों, कर्मचारियों, ठेकेदारों, एजेंटों और साझेदारों को सुरक्षित (indemnify) रखेंगे।

7. भुगतान (Payments)

• कुछ सेवाएँ (जैसे विस्तृत रिपोर्ट और Ask a Question) पेड डिजिटल सेवाएँ हैं। सभी कीमतें भारतीय रुपये (INR) में हैं और भुगतान से पहले दिखाई जाती हैं। कीमतें और ऑफ़र बिना सूचना कभी भी बदले या वापस लिए जा सकते हैं।
• भुगतान स्वतंत्र थर्ड-पार्टी पेमेंट गेटवे (वर्तमान में Razorpay) द्वारा प्रोसेस होते हैं। हम आपका कार्ड, UPI, नेट-बैंकिंग या वॉलेट विवरण कभी एकत्र या संग्रहीत नहीं करते। पेमेंट गेटवे या आपके बैंक की किसी विफलता, त्रुटि, देरी या सुरक्षा समस्या के लिए हम ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं।
• सभी भुगतान एक-बार (one-time) हैं। कोई सब्सक्रिप्शन या ऑटो-डेबिट नहीं है।
• यदि राशि कट जाए परंतु भुगतान failed/pending दिखे, तो राशि सामान्यतः पेमेंट गेटवे या बैंक द्वारा उनके मानक समय (आमतौर पर 5–7 कार्यदिवस) में स्वतः वापस हो जाती है। ऐसी वापसी में देरी के लिए हम उत्तरदायी नहीं हैं।
• सफल भुगतान से आपको केवल खरीदी गई डिजिटल रिपोर्ट/उत्तर की डिलीवरी का अधिकार मिलता है — किसी विशेष कंटेंट, स्कोर, परिणाम या सटीकता की गारंटी नहीं।
• भुगतान केवल इस वेबसाइट के आधिकारिक पेमेंट फ़्लो से करें। हम कभी भी व्यक्तिगत UPI, बैंक ट्रांसफ़र, फ़ोन कॉल या मैसेजिंग ऐप से भुगतान नहीं माँगते; ऐसा कोई भी अनुरोध धोखाधड़ी है।
• डिलीवर हो चुकी पेड सेवा के लिए झूठा chargeback/payment dispute करना इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन है। हम डिलीवरी लॉग्स के साथ ऐसे विवाद का विरोध करने और भविष्य में सेवा देने से मना करने का अधिकार रखते हैं।

8. रिफंड नीति

पेड सेवाएँ डिजिटल वस्तुएँ हैं जो तुरंत या बताए गए समय में बनकर डिलीवर होती हैं, इसलिए रिपोर्ट/उत्तर बनने या डिलीवर होने के बाद सभी बिक्री अंतिम और गैर-वापसी योग्य है, सिवाय इन स्थितियों के: (क) राशि कट गई परंतु पेड कंटेंट आपको बिल्कुल नहीं मिला और संपर्क करने पर भी हम उचित समय में डिलीवर नहीं कर पाए; या (ख) एक ही ऑर्डर के लिए दो बार भुगतान कट गया। ऐसी स्थिति में भुगतान के 7 दिनों के भीतर ऑर्डर विवरण के साथ hello@vedicmatch.in पर लिखें। स्वीकृत रिफंड मूल भुगतान माध्यम में 7 से 10 कार्यदिवसों में भेजे जाते हैं। ज्योतिषीय कंटेंट, व्याख्या, स्कोर या परिणाम से असंतुष्टि रिफंड का आधार नहीं है, क्योंकि यह कंटेंट स्वभावतः राय (opinion) आधारित है।

9. आपकी जानकारी की सटीकता

सभी परिणाम पूरी तरह आपके द्वारा दी गई जन्म-तिथि, समय, स्थान, चित्र और अन्य जानकारी पर निर्भर हैं। अपनी जानकारी की सटीकता की ज़िम्मेदारी केवल आपकी है। गलत, अधूरी या अनुमानित जानकारी (अनुमानित जन्म समय सहित) से उत्पन्न किसी परिणाम के लिए हम ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं। केवल अपनी, या जिनकी सहमति आपने ली है उन्हीं व्यक्तियों की जानकारी और चित्र अपलोड करें।

10. ब्लॉग और अन्य सभी कंटेंट

सभी ब्लॉग लेख, learn पेज, राशि/नक्षत्र पेज, FAQ, उदाहरण और सैंपल रिपोर्ट पारंपरिक ज्योतिष साहित्य पर आधारित सामान्य जानकारी और राय हैं। ये किसी विशेष व्यक्ति के लिए सलाह या भविष्यवाणी नहीं हैं, न ही वैज्ञानिक तथ्य। यह पूरा दस्तावेज़, ऊपर दिए गए अस्वीकरण और देयता-सीमा सहित, ऐसे सभी कंटेंट पर पूर्ण रूप से लागू होता है।

11. पात्रता

सेवाएँ केवल 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए हैं। सेवाओं का उपयोग करके आप पुष्टि करते हैं कि आपकी आयु कम से कम 18 वर्ष है।

12. बौद्धिक संपदा

इस वेबसाइट का सारा कंटेंट — टेक्स्ट, रिपोर्ट, डिज़ाइन, लोगो, ग्राफ़िक्स और कोड — VedicMatch के स्वामित्व या लाइसेंस में है। खरीदी गई रिपोर्ट का उपयोग केवल व्यक्तिगत, गैर-व्यावसायिक उद्देश्य से करें। हमारी लिखित अनुमति के बिना किसी भी हिस्से की नकल, पुनर्प्रकाशन, स्क्रैपिंग या व्यावसायिक उपयोग वर्जित है।

13. गोपनीयता और डेटा

हम आपकी दी गई जानकारी (नाम, जन्म विवरण, ईमेल, अपलोड किए चित्र) केवल आपके परिणाम बनाने और सेवाएँ (रिपोर्ट व संबंधित ईमेल) पहुँचाने के लिए एकत्र करते हैं। हम आपका व्यक्तिगत डेटा नहीं बेचते। भुगतान जानकारी पूरी तरह पेमेंट गेटवे संभालता है। डेटा हटाने सहित किसी भी निवेदन के लिए hello@vedicmatch.in पर संपर्क करें।

14. थर्ड-पार्टी सेवाएँ

सेवाओं में थर्ड-पार्टी सेवाओं (पेमेंट गेटवे, एनालिटिक्स आदि) का उपयोग या लिंक हो सकता है। किसी तीसरे पक्ष के कंटेंट, नीतियों या कार्यों के लिए हम ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं।

15. उपलब्धता, बदलाव और समाप्ति

हम किसी भी समय, बिना पूर्व सूचना, सेवाओं के किसी भी हिस्से को बदल, स्थगित या बंद कर सकते हैं और इन शर्तों को अपडेट कर सकते हैं। अपडेट इस पेज पर प्रकाशित होते ही प्रभावी होते हैं; उसके बाद सेवाओं का उपयोग जारी रखना स्वीकृति माना जाएगा। दुरुपयोग या शर्तों के उल्लंघन पर हम सेवा देने से मना कर सकते हैं।

16. लागू कानून और क्षेत्राधिकार

ये शर्तें भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं। लागू कानून के अधीन, सेवाओं से संबंधित कोई भी विवाद केवल भारत के सक्षम न्यायालयों के क्षेत्राधिकार में होगा। यदि कोई प्रावधान अमान्य ठहरता है, तो शेष प्रावधान पूर्ण रूप से प्रभावी रहेंगे।

17. मुफ़्त प्रश्न, ऑफ़र और दुरुपयोग

2. Services ki nature — sirf information aur entertainment

VedicMatch ki saari services aur content Vedic jyotish, ank jyotish, hastrekha aur traditional maanyataon par based hain aur sirf information, education, culture aur entertainment ke liye hain. Jyotish aur hastrekha traditional belief systems hain, scientifically proven nahi. Hum koi vaada ya guarantee nahi dete ki koi prediction, score, match result, muhurat date, interpretation ya upay sahi, complete ya sach niklega. Results automated software se bante hain, aur alag pandit, parampara ya tool alag result de sakte hain. 4. Aapke decisions, aapki zimmedari

Aapka har decision — shaadi, sagai, partner chunna ya reject karna, shaadi ki date fix ya change karna, parivaar, santaan, health, ilaaj, paisa, travel, career ya life ka koi bhi pehlu — poori tarah aapka apna decision hai aur apne risk par hai, chahe woh VedicMatch ke kisi content, score, report, date ya answer se prabhavit hua ho ya nahi. Services use karke aap apni marzi se saare risks accept karte hain, aur agree karte hain ki aapke (ya aapke share kiye result ke aadhar par kisi aur ke) kisi bhi kaam ke liye VedicMatch ki koi zimmedari ya liability nahi hai.

5. Warranty disclaimer aur liability ki seema

Services “as is” basis par, bina kisi warranty ke di jaati hain. Kanoon dwara allowed maximum seema tak, VedicMatch, uske owners, operators, employees, contractors, agents aur partners kisi bhi direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential ya punitive nuksan ke liye zimmedar nahi honge — jismein (bina seema ke) jaan ka nuksan, sharirik chot, self-harm, mansik ya bhavnatmak takleef, tooti sagai ya shaadi, parivaarik ya samajik vivad, paisa, sampatti, business, mauka, pratishtha ya data ka nuksan shamil hai. 6. Indemnity

Aap agree karte hain ki (a) Services ke use ya misuse, (b) in Terms ke ullanghan, (c) kisi kanoon ya kisi teesre vyakti ke adhikaron ke ullanghan, ya (d) Services ke aadhar par aapke ya kisi aur ke kisi decision ya kaam se utpann kisi bhi claim, nuksan, liability, kharch (legal fees samet) se aap VedicMatch aur uske logon ko surakshit (indemnify) rakhenge.

7. Payments

• Kuch services (jaise detailed reports aur Ask a Question) paid digital services hain. Saari prices Indian Rupees (INR) mein hain aur payment se pehle dikhayi jaati hain. Prices aur offers bina notice kabhi bhi badle ya hataye ja sakte hain.
• Payments independent third-party payment gateway (abhi Razorpay) process karta hai. Hum aapka card, UPI, net-banking ya wallet details kabhi collect ya store nahi karte. Payment gateway ya aapke bank ki kisi failure, error, deri ya security problem ke liye hum zimmedar nahi hain.
• Saare payments one-time hain. Koi subscription ya auto-debit nahi hai.
• Agar paisa kat jaye par payment failed/pending dikhe, to raashi normally payment gateway ya bank apne standard time (aam taur par 5–7 working days) mein khud wapas kar deta hai. Aisi wapsi mein deri ke liye hum zimmedar nahi hain.
• Successful payment se aapko sirf khareedi gayi digital report/answer ki delivery ka haq milta hai — kisi khaas content, score, result ya accuracy ki guarantee nahi.
• Payment sirf is website ke official payment flow se karein. Hum kabhi bhi personal UPI, bank transfer, phone call ya messaging app se payment nahi maangte; aisa koi bhi request fraud hai, hum nahi.
• Deliver ho chuki paid service ke liye jhootha chargeback/payment dispute karna in Terms ka ullanghan hai. Hum delivery logs ke saath aise dispute ka virodh karne aur aage service dene se mana karne ka adhikar rakhte hain.

8. Refund policy

Paid services digital goods hain jo turant ya bataye gaye time mein ban kar deliver hoti hain, isliye report/answer banne ya deliver hone ke baad saari sales final aur non-refundable hain, sivaye in cases ke: (a) paisa kat gaya par paid content aapko bilkul nahi mila aur contact karne par bhi hum reasonable time mein deliver nahi kar paye; ya (b) ek hi order ke liye do baar payment kat gaya. 9. Aapki di gayi jaankari ki sachchai

Saare results poori tarah aapki di gayi birth details, dates, time, jagah, images aur baaki jaankari par depend karte hain. Apni jaankari ki sachchai ki zimmedari sirf aapki hai. Galat, adhuri ya andaazan jaankari (andaazan birth time samet) se bane kisi result ke liye hum zimmedar nahi hain. 10. Blog aur baaki saara content

Yeh kisi khaas vyakti ke liye advice ya prediction nahi hain, na hi scientific fact. Yeh poora document, upar diye disclaimers aur liability ki seema samet, aise saare content par poori tarah lagu hota hai.

11. Eligibility

Services sirf 18 saal ya usse zyada umar ke users ke liye hain. Services use karke aap confirm karte hain ki aapki umar kam se kam 18 saal hai.

12. Intellectual property

Is website ka saara content — text, reports, designs, logos, graphics aur code — VedicMatch ke ownership ya license mein hai. Khareedi gayi report sirf personal, non-commercial use ke liye hai. Humari likhit permission ke bina kisi bhi hisse ki copy, republish, scraping ya commercial use mana hai.

13. Privacy aur data

Hum aapki di gayi jaankari (naam, birth details, email, upload ki gayi images) sirf aapke results banane aur services (reports aur related emails) pahunchane ke liye collect karte hain. 14. Third-party services

Services mein third-party services (payment gateway, analytics waghaira) ka use ya link ho sakta hai. Kisi teesre paksh ke content, policies ya kaamon ke liye hum zimmedar nahi hain.

15. Availability, badlav aur termination

Hum kisi bhi samay, bina notice, Services ke kisi bhi hisse ko badal, rok ya band kar sakte hain aur in Terms ko update kar sakte hain. Update is page par publish hote hi laagu ho jaate hain; uske baad Services use karte rehna manzoori maana jayega. Misuse ya Terms ke ullanghan par hum service dene se mana kar sakte hain.

16. Governing law aur jurisdiction

Yeh Terms Bharat ke kanoonon se shasit hain. Lagu kanoon ke adheen, Services se juda koi bhi vivad sirf Bharat ke saksham nyayalayon ke jurisdiction mein hoga. Agar koi provision invalid thehre, to baaki provisions poori tarah laagu rahenge.

17. Free sawaal, offers aur misuse

Kisi bhi paid Service ke saath milne wala free sawaal, bonus answer, promo credit ya aisa koi bhi offer genuine customers ke liye ek courtesy hai, koi kharida hua item nahi. Agar hume lage ki offer ka misuse ho raha hai, to hum apne sole discretion par aise kisi bhi free entitlement ko refuse, withdraw ya limit kar sakte hain, ya uska jawaab na dene ka faisla le sakte hain. Isme shaamil hai (par sirf itna hi nahi): mukhya roop se free entitlement paane ke liye baar-baar ki gayi purchases, ek hi vyakti dwara kai email ya identity ka use, claim link share ya forward karna, automated ya bulk submissions, aur aise sawaal jo abusive, gair-kanooni, off-topic hon ya us vyakti ke baare mein na hon jiski details order mein hain.
